Report On Anti-Illegal Drugs. The personnel of SAIDSOT of Diplahan Municipal Police Station led by PI JIMMY ALBERT ANGELES DECIN – ACOP, conducted buy-bust operation at Purok 1, Barangay Gaulan, Diplahan ZamboangaSibugay at about 5:30 o’clock in the afternoon of August 20, 2016, that resulted to the arrest of one Rolan Avenido Sardalla, 33 years old, married and resident of same barangay, under municipal drug watch list. The items recovered from the possession of the suspect and witnessed by the presence of the barangay official of said barangay to wit; two (2) rolled aluminum foil; five hundred peso bill mark money with serial number LA380152, one (1) heat sealed sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be illegal drugs (shabu) turn-over by the poseur buyer being delivered to him by the above-named suspect during the buy bust operation conducted shortly before the latter’s arrest and another two (2) heat sealed sachet containing white crystalline substance recovered from his possession after body searched was conducted. Report On Hacking Incident. The PNP elements of R.T. Lim Municipal Police Station received a report that alleged hacking incident transpired at Sitio Z-Gold, Purok Orchids, Barangay San Fernandino, R.T. Lim, ZSP at about 4:30 o’clock in the afternoon of August 20, 2016. Acted upon the said report, PNP elements of R.T. Lim MPS conducted initial investigation and disclosed that incident occurred on or about 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon of August 20, 2016 wherein victim identified as one Geronimo Palates Y Mandas, 36 years old, resident of Sitio Z-Gold, Purok Orchids, Brgy San Fernandino, RT Lim, ZSP. Further, investigation revealed that victim and suspect who lately identified as one Robin Lumapis Y Taklining, 58 years old, a resident of BrgyJs Perfecto, RT Lim, ZSP having conversation and agreed to drink a coconut wine (tuba) and consumed a bucket of the same. Thereafter, the victim allegedly asked permission to leave the area. However, the suspect interfere that then and there heated argument ensued between the duo. As a consequence, the suspect grabbed his bolo and hacked the victim several times inflicting multiple hacked wounds and brought immediately to Ipil Provincial Hospital for medication. The suspect voluntarily surrendered to the authorities/local officials of BrgyJs Perfecto, RTLim, ZSP along with his bolo and now under the custody of R.T. LimMPS for further disposition. Operation on Kontra Boga. The elements of Siay MPS conducted checkpoint along the vicinity of Barangay Sibuguey, Boundary of Payao and Siay Municipality, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 1:20 o’clock in the afternoon of august 15, 2016, in connection with the intelligence report of the alleged transport of the abducted victims last august 5, 2016 at Barangay Kulisap, Payao. The team courteously checked all motorists passing by in the area that resulted to the interception and arrest of one motorist on board a single motorcycle identified as one Federico Poquita Bayawa Jr., 34 years old, married, and a resident of Barangay San Sebastian, Tabina, travelling from Kabasalan Municipality bound for Barangay kulasian, payao accordingly, subject motorist acted suspiciously and when flagged down, introduced himself as a member of the phil. army with the rank of private first class (PFC) and showed his expired AFP identification card which he draw from his green sling gun bag wherein the handle grip of a cal. 45 pistol protruded and was plainly seen by the operating unit and when asked to present pertinent documents for the legality to possess the said firearm, subject failed to present any that prompted the operating team to place him under arrest for violation of ra10591 and was subsequently informed on the nature of his offense and constitutional rights. recovered from his possession and control were the following: one (1) ea. chamber loaded colt .45 caliber pistol bearing sn 319235 with one (1) short magazine loaded with four (4) live ammunitions, one (1) expired AFP id card, and one (1) unit single motorcycle, rusi 100, color blue, without plate number with key. Subject person was brought to Siay MPS and detained pending the filing of appropriate charges while the recovered evidences were deposited for court exhibits. Shooting Incident. Shooting incident transpired at Purok Ilang-Ilang, Lower Taway, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 9:50 in the evening of august 16, 2016. Wherein the victim was identified as one Robinson Sandoval Sayo, 24 years old, single resident of abovementioned place and included in the drug surrendered of Ipil MPS as drug pusher. initial investigation disclosed that at around 9:40 o’clock in the evening of august 16, 2016, the victim was inside his house, while somebody is calling his cell phone number that cause him to go outside, then suddenly unidentified suspect came out from unidentified four wheel vehicle approach him and got argument heard by concerned citizen then minute later they heard several gunshot, after that the vehicle left the place and fled towards north direction of said place, after which some neighbor of the victim went out from their house to verify the gunfire and they saw Robinson Sandoval Sayo (aka boknoy) lying on the grassy ground with gunshot wounds on his different body parts and immediately rushed to Devilla Hospital for immediate medication. However, he was declared dead on arrival by his attending physician. Further, that said victim has received death threat after he voluntary surrender in ipil mps as drug pusher according to his family and neighbor. Recovered from the crime scene were five (5) pcs empty shell of alleged 9mm cal. pistol. ipil mps still conducted follow-up investigation to identify possibly suspect for filing of appropriate charges in court. Shooting incident transpired at Purok Young Dreamers, Taway, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 8:50 o’clock in the evening of august 16, 2016 initial investigation disclosed that at around 8:30 o’clock in the evening of same date a robbery incident transpired at Purok Young Dreamers, Taway, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay wherein victims identified as one Qunnee Ivy Cañete Cadeliña, 18 years old together with her companion Alma Cañete, 42 years old and both resident of aforementioned place, while traveling on their way and upon reaching at above mentioned place one (1) unit single motorcycle driven by unidentified person with facemask block their way and immediately pointed a handgun on them and took the bag of Quinnee Ivy Cadeliña that contains wallet with dependent id of AFP, school id and cash money more or less one thousand two hundred pesos (P 1,200.00) and after that said unidentified suspect fired his gun that resulted to the injury of Quinnee Ivy Cadeliña her left leg. Victim was brought by some concerned citizen at Devilla Hospital for immediate medication. Elements of Ipil mps still conducted further investigation for possible identification of the suspects. Hacking Incident. Hacking incident transpired at Purok 4, Barangay Basak Bawaang, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 8:00 o’clock in the evening of august 16, 2016wherein the victim identified as one Richard Nabales, 26 years old, single and one Conrado Calunod Andos Jr, 41 years old, single, both resident of the above mentioned place was hacked by one Reagan Gaviola, 35 years old, single also a resident of same place. Initial investigation disclosed that the suspect was having a drinking session together with his three (3) companions on the said occasion. The suspect who was armed with a bolo got mad due to misunderstanding during their conversation between the victim and without any reason the suspect hacked Richard Nabales on his left eyebrow and on his neck while Conrado Annos Jr who tried to calm down but he was also hacked by the suspect on his left arm. After the incident the suspect fled away to unknown direction. Both victims were immediately brought to Wilfredo Palma Memorial Hospital, Diplahan for medical treatment. Malangas MPS are conducting hot pursuit operation against the suspect. Investigator on case is Spo1 Rey Danago with no. 09975597502.

Buug Top 4 Drug Watch List, Arrested. The police elements of Naga MPS led by Police Inspector Francisco Aquino Sagarino conducted intel-driven manhunt operation against wanted person at Purok 9, Barangay Crossing Sta. Clara Naga, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 8:17 PM in the evening of august 16, 2016. This resulted to the arrest of one Rolando Damole Gahusta, 47 years old, single, top 4 list of Buug MPS (municipal level) and resident of Barangay Campustila, Buug with docketed under cc # im-13-0626 for the crime of murder issued by Hon. Josefino P. Bael, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 31, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay dated august 27, 2014 with no bail bond recommended; subject person was apprised his constitutional rights, the cause and nature of his arrest, the anti-torture warning. after which brought to Naga MPS for booking procedure and further, subject person will be turn over to Buug MPS who acquired jurisdiction over the above mentioned subject person/case to be deliver to proper judicial authority.
