Step father Arrested for Rape

Languishing in the municipal jail of Tungawan town, this province is a step father who is accused for raping and sexually molested the daughters of his wife.

The suspect was reported to the police by her aunt Gemma, together with her 13- year-old niece who said was raped by his step-father.

According to the victim, her step-father raped her once in their home near midnight on August 19 while she was sleeping in her room. Her step father threatened to kill her if she screams.

Early morning of September 1 while Anna (not her real name) was cooking their breakfast, was approached by her step father who was wearing only a brief from behind and was touched in her private parts. She managed to free herself and ran outside.

That same day while the victim was taking a bath, the suspect approached her again and caressed her but Anna was able to run inside her room.

Later Anna went to her auntie and reported the incident. Together they went to the police and had her step father arrested.

Initial police investigations revealed that prior to the incident, Anna’s older sister was also molested by the suspect.
